Directed the Uniper carve-out from E.ON AG, orchestrating separation of identity, Office workloads, SCCM, and Exchange into a new Office 365 tenant serving 105,000 users. Established migration runbooks, managed cross-functional teams, and ensured zero business disruption through phased cutovers and rigorous stakeholder communications.
